Thanksgiving Meal

  • Turkey -- 15-20 whole turkeys - We are cooking for 200 people!

 

  • Mashed potatoes -- 80 pounds (8 ten pound bags of russet potatoes)

 

  • Stuffing /dressing -- 35 boxes/packages (preferably a 6 oz. box of “Stove Top”or something similar or a 14 oz. bag of breadcrumb/dressing)

 

  • Green bean casserole -- 8 pans pre-made (large foil/roaster pan size)

 

  • Cranberry sauce -- 35 cans/packages (either a 12 oz. package of fresh cranberries or a 16 oz. can)

 

  • Sweet potato casserole -- 8 pans pre-made (large foil/roaster pan size)
     

  • Glazed carrots -- 8 pans pre-made (large foil/roaster pan size) 

 

  • Yeast rolls and/or cornbread muffins -- 20 dozen

 

  • Homemade desserts -- 20 pies, 5 pans of bars

 

  • Butter -- 15 pounds

 

  • Milk -- 15 gallons

 

  • Half & half -- 4 quarts

 

  • Whipped cream -- 10 containers

 

  • Coffee -- 4 pounds

 

  • Sweet tea -- 10 gallons

 

  • Apple cider -- 5 gallons
