About the Event
The 9th Annual High Country Turkey Trot 5K – THE LARGEST 5K in the High Country! Thanksgiving morning (Nov. 28, 2019) 9:00am on the scenic Boone Greenway Trail
The event regularly attracts 1000+ participants from 25+ States and 55+ unique North Carolina towns. Since 2011, the Turkey Trot has raised over $200,000 and close to 8500lbs of food.
All proceeds benefit men, women and children living in crisis, hunger, poverty and homelessness.
