Each day, the children, women and men of Hospitality House have a reason to hope, a path to success. Success that would not be possible without kind, caring, and generous patrons like you. The majority of our funding comes from individual gifts like yours and $0.84 cents of every $1 dollar donated goes directly to client services.

Your contributions help to ensure that individuals and families experiencing homelessness, hunger and crisis have the support and care that they need.

UNPRECEDENTED NEED:
Hospitality House of Northwest N.C.is the regional housing agency and service provider for families and individuals experiencing homelessness - a span of nearly 2,500 square miles - across seven rural counties.
On average, prior to Hurricane Helene, there were close to 1,000 unsheltered people across our region on any given night -- and we are just now in the beginning stages of accessing the full impact and increases of homelessness.
Frankly, we are preparing for the long-haul when the immediate emergency needs have been met by outside relief organizations. We operate as a 24/7 crisis response agency 365 days a year and this extreme weather event will push us to our limits.
We have an incredible team of dedicated people working around the clock to meet these needs but we need your help to make it happen.
2024 is our 40th anniversary and we remain steadfast in our mission; committed to the health, safety and welfare of those that we serve in our seven mountain county region. We operate 24/7 providing a vital safety-net for thousands of people in need each year. Thank you for your support of this critical endeavor.
